Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders are processed quickly, usually within 1-3 business days. Please contact us immediately at info@vesperiariding.com if you need to make changes. Once shipped, we cannot modify orders, but our 30-day return policy applies.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, most European countries (including UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, and more), Australia, and Israel. View our complete shipping information page for the full list.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer flat-rate shipping at $16.99 to all countries we serve, regardless of order size.

How long will delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Estimated delivery is 15-30 business days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Currently, we offer standard shipping only. We're working on adding express options in the future.

Will I have to pay customs fees or import duties?

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These fees vary by location and are not included in our shipping cost.

My country isn't listed. Can you still ship to me?

How do I choose the right size for riding breeches?

Please refer to the size chart on each product page. Our breeches are designed for a performance fit. If you're between sizes or prefer a more relaxed fit, we recommend sizing up. Measurements should be taken while wearing the undergarments you'll ride in.

Are your products authentic?

Yes, authenticity is guaranteed on all products. We source directly from authorized suppliers and stand behind the quality and authenticity of every item we sell.

Do you restock sold-out items?

We regularly restock popular items. Sign up for back-in-stock notifications on the product page, or contact us at info@vesperiariding.com to inquire about specific products.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer 30-day returns on unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

How do I initiate a return?

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes! If you need a different size or color, let us know when you initiate your return and we'll help arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
